Unified Penthouse
Tel Aviv
The project involved combining two adjacent penthouse apartments into one home for a couple and their four sons.
The clients requested a functional and minimalist design with clean, unified lines
The design is based on three functional zones:
Children’s area – bedrooms, bathrooms, and a family lounge.
Public area – kitchen, dining area, living room, and entrance foyer.
Parents’ area – master suite, bathroom, and home office.
A central design element was the use of cube motifs
A floating wooden cube in the kitchen and living area conceals the refrigerator, wine cooler and hidden storage space
A concrete cube emphasizes the entrance and guest area
The project is based on rich, natural materials, combining warm oak veneer, English wood flooring, and concrete cladding with a delicate texture. The choice of natural and neutral tones creates a calm, elegant, and timeless atmosphere.
In addition, the home features a magnetic lighting track system integrated into the ceilings and walls. The movable LED fixtures provide flexibility while visually connecting the three areas of the home.
Area: 300 sq. + 100 sq. terrace
